Erika earned a BSc. in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University in 2005. Afterwards, she attended the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and graduated from the 3000 hours program in 2008. Upon graduating from the Massage Therapy college, it was an easy transition to combine her background in kinesiology and massage therapy focusing on musculoskeletal injuries from an orthopaedic approach.

Erika has experience working with athletes, from the recreational level to high level competitive athletes. Currently, she is also a Primary instructor and teaching assistant at Langara College for massage therapy students.
