Kevin Chen

Kevin obtained his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta in 2009. Kevin has extensive background working with individuals with orthopaedic and sports-related injuries from his experience as a trainer for minor league hockey, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball teams. Kevin believes in active rehabilitation by providing appropriate exercises to the client as well as providing hands-on rehabilitation. He is certified in to practice Gunn IMS.

Kevin graduated from Western University in London, Ontario with a Bachelor of Health Science. Afterwards, he obtained his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta in 2009.

Kevin has extensive background working with individuals with orthopaedic and sports-related injuries from his experience as a trainer for minor league hockey, ultimate frisbee, and volleyball teams.

He is certified with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and with the Mulligan Mobilization with Movement Concept. He has also completed Level 3 postgraduate courses through the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy program.

Kevin believes in active rehabilitation by providing appropriate exercises to the client as well as providing hands-on rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Kevin keeps busy spending time with his wife, 2 kids and 95lbs Pyrenees mix dog. To stay fit, Kevin enjoys doing spin classes on his Peloton bike and going for runs. He has completed the Whistler Half Marathon twice and the Whistler 32km race.
